I’m so surprised I have gone over 4 years with no rainy weddings but Alex and Bella’s wedding day officially broke that streak. They both were so flexible and still having the best day together. Their day was full of their closest friends and family all willing to do whatever it took, to be there for Alex and Bella. They were just as supportive of the rain as Alex and Bella were.

Their wedding ceremony took place at the Sweetest Heart of Mary in downtown Detroit. IT IS STUNNING. Walking into the church feels like you are walking into the Sistine Capel of Michigan. Beautiful architecture, lighting, and some of the sweetest people running the church. There’s a balcony upstairs where photographers can go and take photos during the ceremony. LOVE the photos of the bride coming down the angle from up there, it’s a stunner.
