A couple weeks ago, I reached out for a model call on my Instagram story, specifically for a couple wanting to do a session on the beach at sunrise. A couple people reached out but I couldn’t get Aidan and Nick out of my head for this session. Aidan and Nick are good friends of mine and knowing them for years and seeing how they both interact with each other, I knew they were perfect for it.

I picked them up so so early in the morning and with the car packed with outfits and camera gear, we were finally off to Port Huron to look for the perfect location to shoot. The long drive was nice and gave us a chance for us all to catch up on life. Even though I had just seen them a couple weeks prior, this was a chance for us to have some one on one on one time with each other and not in a group setting.

Nick does photo and video so Aidan is already used to modeling for Nick. Because Nick is also in the industry, he had some cool ideas for some poses which sparked more ideas and allowed us all to get creative as we watched the sun rise early in the morning.

We arrived at first light which created such a soft glow of the sunlight instead of the harsh glow around golden hour. Even though it was a little chilly, the water was a comfortable temperature which led to some cute splashing photos.
