I was always the kid carrying a camera. Mine happened to be an orange Fujifilm point and shoot that went everywhere with me. Family gatherings, trips to the zoo, weekends with relatives, anywhere my mom would let me bring it. I loved documenting everyday moments and being able to look back on the memories I had captured. After trips, I would load the photos onto my camera and eagerly show them to neighbors the next time they stopped by.

Photography felt natural to me long before I ever thought of it as a career. When I was nineteen, I spent time living in Austin, Texas with family. Being in a new city pushed me to explore, connect with other creatives, and reach out to photographers in the Austin area. A few needed second photographers for weddings, and that is where everything clicked. Being invited into such meaningful days, witnessing connection and emotion so closely, and documenting love in real time changed everything. I have been drawn to wedding photography ever since.

Wedding days are made up of moments that pass quickly but stay with you long after the day ends. The quiet anticipation, the shared glances, the people who gather to celebrate you fully. That is what draws me to this work and what continues to inspire me every time I pick up my camera.

As a Detroit photographer, I document weddings with intention and care, focusing on real connection, emotion, and the people who matter most to you. From intimate celebrations to full wedding days, my goal is to create images that feel natural, meaningful, and true to your story. Photographs that allow you to return to those moments and experience them again, exactly as they felt.
